One-on-one Care
This is the cornerstone of my practice and the most comprehensive approach to addressing your healthcare concerns. If you are curious about functional medicine testing, interested in whole body approaches using all the types of medical training and tools in my arsenal, or don’t know what you need but are tired of trying to figure that out on your own after seeing many different practitioners and getting no answers, please book some time to talk with me. Acupuncture and Manual Manipulation
Sometimes you just need someone to lay hands on you and work out those kinks. I provide a variety of hands-on therapies including acupuncture, tui na, gua sha, cupping, medical lasers, moxibustion, manual manipulation, and medical massage. Acupuncture and manual manipulation are good for pain and musculoskeletal issues, but they are also helpful for dizziness, nausea, GI issues, hot flashes, menstrual cycle issues, fatigue, sleep/insomnia problems, and a wide variety of other issues. Transparent Pricing
- Initial consult for new patients (never before seen): $497
- Includes: 2 hours visit + 30 min to review forms + 30 min to create plan
- Returning consult for previous patients (>1 year since last seen): $316
- Includes: 60 min visit + 15 min to review forms + 30 min to create plan
- Review of findings session for functional medicine: $418
- Includes: 60 min visit + 60 min to review tests + 30 min to create plan
- Follow up visits for functional medicine: $150
- Includes: 20 min visit + 20 min to revise plan
- Acupuncture and Manual Manipulation visits: $150
- Includes: 20 min treatment + 30 min rest with needles in place + revise plan
The cost for functional medicine testing is mostly determined by the company providing the test and doing the analysis: they set their own prices. I do mark up the cost of the test a small amount to cover the cost of my time for ordering, interpreting, and preparing the test results for our discussion. If you have any questions about this, I am happy to transparently explain the details to you.

Standard Package: $4,197
This is ideal for people who want to dig into the root causes of their health concerns. Visits are flexible and can be used for acupuncture, manual manipulation, laser therapies, and follow up conversations about any aspects of the comprehensive plan presented at the review of findings visit.
Open to new or returning patients. Expires 1 year from purchase date. Testing can be adjusted based on your health concerns.
Office visits
- 1 initial visit (new patients) or comprehensive visit (returning patients) (discuss digestion, supplements, sleep, exercise, food choices, etc., decide on labs to order, and create initial plan)
- 1 review of findings visit (review testing, create comprehensive plan)
- 6 acupuncture visits or follow-up visits to use at any time during the year
- All visits can be done via telehealth or in person.
Functional medicine testing
- Organic acid test (list price $1390)
- Mold and mycotoxin testing
- Stool test (list price $2499)
- Food allergy (IgE, IgG4) and food sensitivity (IgG, C3d) test (unavailable except through medical provider)
Platinum Package: $5,397
For people who want a deep dive and a comprehensive look into all aspects of their body’s functioning and systems with a particular focus on digestive issues, microbiome analysis, and stress. Visits are flexible and can be used for acupuncture, manual manipulation, laser therapies, and follow up conversations about any aspects of the comprehensive plan presented at the review of findings visit.
Open to new or returning patients. Expires 1 year from purchase date. Testing can be adjusted based on your health concerns.
Office visits

Acupuncture Membership: $255/month
Commit to your health by coming for acupuncture, manual manipulation, or integrative medicine visits twice a month, each month for a discounted rate. $45 savings each month!
Open to returning patients only. Visits are automatically billed at a discounted rate each month. Minimum 4 month commitment.
Office visits
- 2 acupuncture visits or follow-up visits each month, every month. A savings of 15% off the regular price
- 4 month minimum commitment
- Option to come more often if needed at membership rate: 15% off
- Limited number of patients accepted in membership to ensure availability of office hours
- Request to join the acupuncture membership by filling out the general inquiry form or message Dr. Smith in the patient portal

Insurance
I do not take insurance payments but will gladly provide you with a superbill (receipt with payment, diagnostic codes, and treatment codes) for submission to your insurance company or HSA/FSA.
