Options for Care

One-on-one Care

This is the cornerstone of my practice and the most comprehensive approach to addressing your healthcare concerns. If you are curious about functional medicine testing, interested in whole body approaches using all the types of medical training and tools in my arsenal, or don’t know what you need but are tired of trying to figure that out on your own after seeing many different practitioners and getting no answers, please book some time to talk with me. I hear you. I’ve been there. I’m here to help.

Use the patient portal to book an appointment online.

If you have seen me before (except at SIU), I have been able to import my old patient records into the new electronic charting system. Please click “create patient portal account” instead of “new patient registration” or use the link below. This will help prevent duplication of your records.

If I have never seen you before or if you were a patient at SIU, please click “new patient registration.” Thanks!!

Office hours vary. If you do not see a time that works with your schedule, you can contact me through the patient portal with some times/dates that work for you. I will do my best to accommodate your schedule.

Group Classes

It might sound dichotomous to think about tailored approaches within a group class, but it has been my experience that it does happen…and when it does, profound learning and deep changes take place.

I think this is because, while I have a lot of knowledge, I of course don’t know all the things about all the things. In a group class, we get to access everyone’s knowledge, wisdom, and experience, to create support and community, and to encourage each other to grow.

Acupuncture and Manual Manipulation Clinic

Sometimes you just need someone to lay hands on you and work out those kinks. In this clinic, I provide a variety of hands-on therapies including acupuncture, tui na, gua sha, cupping, medical lasers, moxibustion, manual manipulation, and medical massage.

Acupuncture and manual manipulation are good for pain and musculoskeletal issues, but they are also helpful for dizziness, nausea, GI issues, hot flashes, menstrual cycle issues, fatigue, sleep/insomnia problems, and a wide variety of other issues. Don’t suffer. This can help you!

Book an appointment through the patient portal.

Location: Sat Nam Yoga Studio, second floor. 1304 W Washington St, Chicago, IL 60607.

Dates: Feb 22, 2023, 2-7 PM (more to follow)

I will be scheduling these 1-2 times a month, as time allows.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to keep this clinic as financially accessible as possible, the clinic rhythm is a little bit more fast-paced. If you chose to see me in this setting, we will have to focus on 1 or 2 issues at the visit. If you would like more comprehensive care, please see me in a one-on-one care setting.

Current Pricing

  • Initial consult (60 min) for new patients (never before seen): $365
  • Initial consult (45 min) for previous patients (>1 year since last seen): $310
  • Review of findings session (45 min) for functional medicine: $310

I do not take insurance payments but will gladly provide you with a superbill (receipt with payment, diagnostic codes, and treatment codes) for submission to your insurance company or HSA/FSA.

The cost for functional medicine testing is mostly determined by the company providing the test and doing the analysis: they set their own prices. I do mark up the cost of the test a small amount to cover the cost of my time for ordering, interpreting, and preparing the test results for our discussion. If you have any questions about this, I am happy to transparently explain the details to you.
